Meet Addie Anderson!
As a licensed esthetician and licensed massage therapist, Addie brings a wealth of expertise to her practice. Her journey in the field of esthetics began at the renowned Aveda Institute in Minneapolis, MN, where she graduated with Honors in Esthetics in 1999. Continuing her education, Addie earned her degree from the Iowa College of Natural Health in 2003. Always striving to expand her knowledge and skill set, Addie pursued certification in Health Coaching from The Institute For Integrative Nutrition in 2019.
With over two decades of experience, Addie has honed her craft through hands-on work and specialized training. She has spent seven years working alongside facial plastic surgeons in a medical spa in Des Moines, gaining invaluable insight into advanced skincare techniques and treatments.

Graston Technique

Graston Technique (GT) therapy is successful in effectively treating all soft tissue conditions, whether they are chronic, acute, or post-surgical. GT therapy can help you enjoy life again. Circadia Derma Frost Peel

Because of salicylic acid from the beta-hydroxy acid family, this job-specific peel is more effective in treating conditions of hyperkeratinization including acne, all stages of photoaging and heavy callousing on hands and feet.

Purpose: Effective for lightening pigmentation due to acne, melasma, or photo-damaged skin.

It’s time to get SERIOUS about SMOOTH SKIN!
New hair will not grow back in the previously waxed area for four to six weeks, although some people will start to see regrowth in only a week due to any previous tweezing which makes your hair growth on a different growth cycle. For best results hair should be at least a 1/4 inch in length.
